This post really motivates me. I have probably read it 5 times. I just keep going back to it when I want to be motivated. The things that she says are things that I WANT so badly to say. Those before and after pictures- I WANT THOSE!
I finally had to just get a new copy of the 30 Day Shred. Sunday I did it. It was hard, really hard. Harder than the first time I think. It's now Thursday and I haven't done it again. What is my problem?
I started the week with a plan of eating healthier. For breakfast this morning I had a breakfast toaster sandwich (bacon, egg, cheese, toast) from Sonic. Again, what is WRONG with me?
Seriously, body image is a huge problem with me. I think we've covered that here. So now what? What, exactly, is going to make me do something about it? I need a kick in the butt.

I wish you tons of luck. You can do it, all you have to do is believe in yourself. Yeah, I sound like a Disney movie! But, I'm in the same boat, trying (thinking about trying) to get a little better toned for the wedding. We could try to keep each other on track. And post about it on our blogs, even if we suck and have an excuse for not getting up and moving!
